FEATURES
Useful planning starts with understandable information. Here’s what UniFlow helps you review, organize, and keep track of—and where you stay involved.
CURRENT CAPABILITY
Assignments and exams belong in one understandable view. Upcoming, future, and undated groups help you distinguish the next deadline from the details you still need to confirm.
Keep in mind
Missing a date? Check the source, then add it manually. An undated item is not a guessed deadline.
EXAMPLE · NOT YOUR DATA
Nothing lost between dates
○ Upcoming · Research outline
GEW 101B · Canvas · Tue, 11:59 PM
○ Future · Exam review
Example Biology · Syllabus PDF · Nov 3
○ Undated · Reading response
Example GEW 101B · Manual import · Add a date after checking
CURRENT CAPABILITY
Extract details from text-based syllabus PDFs locally in the hub. Review course information, assignments, exams, dates, and recurring class meetings before accepting.
Keep in mind
Extraction can make mistakes. Scanned PDFs need OCR outside the current hub workflow; manual text import is an alternative.
EXAMPLE · NOT YOUR DATA
Review before adding
○ Biology · Chapter 4 quiz
Manual import from WileyPLUS · Wed, 5:00 PM
○ Class meetings
Mon / Wed · 9–10 AM · Example syllabus PDF
Check this date
Example exam date is unclear. Check your syllabus and correct it before accepting.

CURRENT CAPABILITY
Use the calendar interface for class meetings and commitments. Plan study around stated availability, with work shifts and commute time accounted for.
Keep in mind
Add availability yourself. No automatic email, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar connection is currently available.

Make room for your week

– Commute
10–10:45 AM · Time protected

11 AM–12 PM · Around your stated availability
□ Work shift

Example schedule · Add and review commitments yourself. Adjust when real life changes.
CURRENT CAPABILITY
Mark an item finished when you are done. Keep your remaining tasks readable without confusing a planning marker with submission or grades.
Keep in mind
UniFlow does not do homework, submit assignments, or guarantee grades.

Biology · WileyPLUS · Manual import · Still to do
○ Problem set 3
Statistics · Canvas · Still to do
Completion is a planning marker, not coursework submission or a grade report.
CURRENT CAPABILITY
Source labels distinguish supported Canvas workflows, local hub PDF extraction, and student-imported information. The Chrome sidebar supports specific course workflows—not every course environment.
Keep in mind
WileyPLUS work can be copied manually when unavailable through a supported Canvas connection. Imports are not live synchronization.

Keep checking the source
An import is not a live connection. Review source changes and update your plan manually.
The Chrome sidebar supports specific Canvas-based course workflows. Review the course source and the imported details. This is separate from planning in the hub.
Use manual text import when coursework is unavailable through your supported connection. Nothing here implies a live WileyPLUS connection or automatic hub–extension synchronization.

Review this course workflow
Support is environment-specific, not universal Canvas or WileyPLUS coverage.
Optional extension syllabus extraction can send extracted document text to Anthropic when you trigger it. This differs from local PDF extraction in the hub.
Local hub workflow
Text-based PDF extraction and manual text imports. Students review before accepting. The hub workspace is stored in that browser.
Specific Chrome workflows
The extension supports particular Canvas-based course environments. It is not universal Canvas or WileyPLUS coverage, and there are no official partnerships.
Not automatically connected
Hub and extension do not automatically synchronize. Calendar file export is not continuous sync. Check sources and update changes manually.
Different extraction paths
Local hub PDF extraction is separate from optional extension syllabus extraction. When triggered by a user, the latter can send extracted document text to Anthropic.
PLANNED
Hub–extension synchronization
Future idea: bring the two workspaces closer. Current alternative: review information in each tool and update your plan manually.
PLANNED
Broader course support
Future idea: support more course environments. Current alternative: use local text-based syllabus extraction or manual text imports.
PLANNED
Calendar connections
Future idea: explore connected calendar workflows. Current alternative: manage calendar changes yourself; file export is not continuous sync.
Join early access
Early access is not a purchase or subscription. Pricing is still being finalized.
